Hi, I’m Emma, founder of Tonsley Migration Australia.​ I’m an Australian Registered Migration Agent and a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser.

 

I founded this practice to provide migration services built on trust, integrity, and genuine care. Every matter is approached with professionalism and respect, because migration decisions affect real lives.

Migration is more than a legal process. It often involves important decisions about your future, your family, and the life you want to build.

 

My role is to provide calm, practical guidance with careful attention to both compliance requirements and your individual circumstances. 

​

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures around the world.

Professional Experience

I bring over twenty years of professional experience across engineering, international business management, education, and migration law. This diverse background informs my practical, client-focused approach.


I began my career in engineering and international business management roles with multinational organisations, including LG Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation, BASF Germany, and Merck Germany. Working across international and multicultural environments helped develop an analytical approach and a deeper understanding of people from different backgrounds, something I value greatly in my migration work.


Since 2014, I have worked extensively in the Australian education and migration sectors, including roles in admissions, student support, regulatory compliance, and migration law with Australian universities and law practices. This experience allows me to provide practical, tailored guidance across a wide range of visa matters.

My approach is simple:

I uphold trust, integrity, and professionalism in everything I do.

I do not focus on volume. I make sure each matter receives the care and attention it deserves.

I currently divide my time between Eindhoven (the Netherlands) and Adelaide (Australia), supporting individuals and families across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and beyond.
