Hi, I’m Emma, the heart behind Tonsley Migration Australia.
I’m an Australian Registered Migration Agent and a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser. I founded this practice to deliver immigration services built on trust, integrity, and genuine care. Every matter is handled with professionalism and respect—because migration decisions affect real lives.

I currently divide my time between Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and Adelaide, Australia, while supporting individuals and families across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and worldwide.

Professional Experience
I bring over twenty years of professional experience across engineering, international business management, education, and migration law. This diverse background informs my practical, client-focused approach.
I held engineering and business management roles with multinational organisations, including LG Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation, BASF Germany, and Merck Germany, where I developed analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills that continue to shape my practice.
Since 2014, I have worked extensively in the Australian education and migration sectors, including admissions, student support, regulatory compliance, and migration law, collaborating with universities and legal practice. This breadth of experience allows me to provide tailored guidance across a wide range of visa matters.
